Product And Services Group

Steps to Add a Product Group:

  1. Navigate to the Product Group Section:

    • Go to your product or inventory management system.
    • Look for an option like Add Product Group.
  2. Add Product Group:

    • Click on Add Product Group to start creating a new group.
  3. Group Name:

    • Enter a name for the new group. The name should clearly reflect the type of products or services in that group. For example:
      • Smartphones
      • Office Furniture
      • Cleaning Products
      • Software Subscriptions
  4. Category:

    • Select the category this group belongs to. For example:
      • If the product group is about Smartphones, you might select Electronics as the category.
      • If it is about Office Chairs, the category might be Furniture.
      • The category should already exist in your system and will help you organize your groups better.
  5. Applicable To:

    • Choose whether this group applies to goods, services, or both. Options include:
      • Goods: If the group contains physical products like Furniture, Electronics, etc.
      • Service: If the group refers to services like Consulting, Maintenance Services, etc.
