    • Size
    • Weight
    • Brand
    • Model Number
    • Material
    • Warranty Period
  • Purpose: The attribute name helps in defining a specific feature that is essential for product or service differentiation or classification. It aids in identifying and filtering products based on their attributes.

Example:

  • If you sell clothing, you might have an attribute called "Size" with values like Small, Medium, Large.

2. Map To:

  • Definition: This is where you specify how the attribute is mapped or categorized. It usually refers to a predefined category or data field in the system where the attribute value will be used or associated.
  • Examples:
    • If you are tracking "Color" for products, the "Map To" field might reference the "Product Category" or "Inventory System" to link that color with a specific category of products or stock.
    • If the attribute is "Brand", it might be mapped to a predefined set of brands within the inventory system.

Purpose: The Map To field helps integrate the attribute within a larger system, like linking it with inventory systems, sales reporting, or specific categories to ensure smooth data flow and operational management.
